Health Fair at the Mall of America

University of Minnesota Student National Medical Association Chapter University of Minnesota Medical School

The U of M Center for Lung Science and Health is participating in this annual event this year.  Free spirometry testing for evaluation of lung function will be available.  Information about lung disease, cancer and smoking cessation will be available.  Other health-related topics covered as well.  Medical students and physicians will be on hand to answer your questions!

Hosted by University of Minnesota Center for Lung Science and Health and Lillihei Heart Institute for patients, family members, patient advocates and health professionals.  CEUs will be offered for nurses and respiratory therapists.

Minnesota State Fair Outreach (August)

The Center for Lung Science and Health will be participating with the Academic Health in the University to provide education and outreach to fairgoers again this year.  The 2008 Minnesota State Fair is August 21-September 1.   Check here in August to find out about the schedule and activities.
